Exercise to Stop Feeling Depressed for No Reason : Head On!
Okay; this one takes some balls and I recommend only doing it if you are feeling at least somewhat confident of your ability to handle your depression. That means that you should only do it if you are not too bad at the moment. You need to be calm enough to look objectively at the way you are feeling. This exercise forces you to truly examine the meaning behind your depression and to change the very way you think about your issue.
